It so happens that in the State of São Paulo, where more than 45 million people are concentrated, a law was enacted that frees medical care and places the responsibility on the practitioner to define himself as fit for the practice and from such a cause serious consequence can arise.

This paper examines the twin problem of older people and the HIV and AIDSscourge in Sub-Saharan Africa with reference to Kenya, particularly in the rural areas. Specifically, the paper assesses the direct and indirect effects of HIV and AIDSon the older people, and suggests policy and strategic measures that could be undertaken to empower older people to effectively respond to the HIV and AIDSscourge, in addition to their own problems of ageing. The central argument is that olderpeople in Sub-Saharan Africa are increasingly being infectedand affected by the HIV and AIDSscourge, and in some cases, forced to care fortheir adult HIV and AIDSsick children; and ultimately to their orphaned and vulnerable grandchildren. At the same time, the problems of the older people, who traditionally were largely supported by their working adult children, are worsening;as the adult children no longer effectively givesupport to their ageing parents, usuallyliving in the rural areas. There is need for Sub-Saharan African Governments, the Non-Government Organizations (NGOs), theCharity Organizations, and other relevant institutions operating in the region, to include and support the older generation in programmes to fight HIV and AIDSscourge and empower the older people to effectively care for their grandchildren orphaned by AIDSscourgeas they address their own ageing problems. The paper is based on a review of various reports on old age problems and HIV and AIDSscourge, and its impacts on older people.

Freedom of expression ensures an individuals right to express his her views openly within the domain of constitution, which also contains the right to be criticial of the prevailing injustices, illegal, anti-social activities, and incompetence and failure of ¬¬¬the government. All this is with a guarantee of safety and without any apprehension or fear of retaliation. Freedom of expression, in contemporary times, also embraces the right to be informed and seek information by the public, to express opinions, and advocate amendments, including changing the regime without resorting to violent means through peaceful measures available in the public domain, with reasonable restrictions. In the past decade and half, Turkish experience as a transitional democracy presents an interesting case study to explain as to how the state of freedom of expression is causally related to the failure of the EU-driven reform process undertaken by the ruling AKP (Turkish: Adaletve Kalkinma Partisi) since the year 2002, when the party won the Parliamentary elections in Turkey for the first time. The issue about the press freedom and freedom of expression in Turkey has for very long time, attracted a great amount of scholarly attention and provoked extensive debate both inside and outside Turkey. Although Turkey remains one of the rare democracy in the West Asia, a region with strong monarchic and semi-monarchic tradition of government, a series of development in the past years has raised several interrogations about the qualitative and quantitative aspects of democracy in Turkey under the AKP.

Proverbs and sayings that describe the image of a man and a woman which are used in everyday spoken language add value to the theme of the article. In addition, the relevance of the work lies in the examination of cross-comparisons of proverbs and sayings between non-native languages. The article aims at studying proverbs and phrases in Kazakh and English that describe the appearance, character, social characteristics, and position of men and women in society. Gender is one of the most important parameters of binary opposition and social existence. The main goal of the author is to use proverbs and sayings of different peoples to determine their common understanding and differences by comparing traditions, principles of life, religion, and language with each other. To achieve this goal, the following tasks are set: 1) division of men and women into categories according to their position and activities in society. Reveal the linguistic image and meaning of the proverbs and sayings belonging to the category. 2) Clarify whether the words in the proverbs are given in a direct or indirect sense and determine a clear pragmatic position of a native speaker. As a result, an analysis of the article s material using a comparison method found that the evaluation of men was higher than that of women. Finally, materials of the article revealed the androcentric property of different unrelated languages. The author used books of proverbs, sayings and phraseological phrases in the Kazakh and English languages.

The color is related to balance human emotion and healing psychology. Psychology is part of the field of science and applied science about human behavior, mental function, and mental processes. At first, color healing is only considered as a discourse in the development of visual art, but over time, gradually the understanding of using color healing began to develop. Painting becomes a pleasure that is very useful in developing and exploring various layers of life, both physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. The main methods of using color as healing are play, flow, and freedom. There are several steps I used to practice using color healing; (1) study the psychological level of feelings of the participant; (2) classify the problem and search for the methods of expression; (3) interpretation and analysis of the artworks produced by participants; and (4) interpreting the colors and interviewing according to the participant s needs. In this case, the aspects of generating internal awareness and high sensitivity within the participant become the main focus.

Patriarchal and sexist discourses have come under scorching attacks from most feminist writers since the advent of modern feminism. This work analyses Toni Morrison’s attempt at deconstructing patriarchal and sexist discourses in The Bluest Eye and Sula. It adds its voice to the ever vibrant conversation on the issue of patriarchy and sexism especially as portrayed in the works of African American female writers who see their stories as twice-told tales - victims of both racism and patriarchal dominance. Tony Morrison challenges patriarchal and sexist values which she sees as monolithic discourses that hold no ground. She portrays female characters whose never-say-die attitudes go a long way towards deconstructing this monolithic system. By showing her male characters as weak, irresponsible, and social misfits, and her female characters as dynamic, strong, and hardworking individuals on whom their different families rely for security and sustenance, Morrison is not only rejecting the prevailing patriarchal values of our society, she is as well on a crusade towards its deconstruction. In so doing, she does not try to paint spotless alabaster heroines, but rather she shows ordinary women in their struggle for survival in an indifferent and often times cruel environment.

This research is aimed at investigating patterns of acquisition of Oromo inflectional morphology in typically developing children. The study specifically tries to look into he acquisition of some verbal inflections (tense and aspect) and nominal inflections (number and case). Although linguistic descriptions on various aspects of the Oromo language have extensively been done, there were no research available on the child language acquisition in Oromo in general and inflectional morphology acquisition in particular. The study employed a descriptive cross-sectional research design. Data were collected from thirty children age range 3;0-7;11 years. The study employed primarily elicited production through picture naming method. The speech samples were transcribed first Oromo script and then phonetically transcribed using the IPA symbols. The results showed that some morphological processes attested in children s productions. In this process, the children employed substitution, and overextension strategy in naming the pictures. In addition, majority of the children omitted noun inflectional morphemes, even at the age 6 through 7. Furthermore, the omission of some inflectional morphemes on the locative case and progressive aspect morpheme were observed, but the lexical morphemes are retained for the latter two items. As to the two past and future tenses, almost all participants performed well. This implies the children acquired these tenses even before the age of 3;3. Evaluating the children s performance based on sex at the same age, the study revealed an insignificant difference among both sexes.

Purpose – This paper aims to investigate advertising effectiveness in various social media platforms in the fashion industry in Egypt. The present study uses a proposed framework to explore online advertising in Egypt. From a theoretical point of view, this study examines the relationship among three groups of factors including attitude towards online ad formats, ad intrusiveness, product involvement and social media ad effectiveness among Egyptian consumers. Design/methodology – The study examines advertising effectiveness in social media in terms of ad attitude and loyalty intentions. An online survey was conducted with 1300 social media users. Findings – The results indicate that the attitude towards static ads has a positive significant impact on social media ad effectiveness which is similar to the positive impact of using rich media ads (video/audio) on ad effectiveness. Furthermore, it is observed that video ads score higher as being more pleasant while static ads score higher for being more believable and convincing as perceived by Egyptians. Moreover, ad intrusiveness is found to have a significant negative effect on ad effectiveness. In the same context, this study shows a significant moderation relationship between Product involvement, ad intrusiveness and social media ad effectiveness.

Identifying environmental awareness is essential for researchers to make detailed plans related to environmental education suitable for students conditions. This study aimed to identify environmental awareness among elementary school students in South Kalimantan, Indonesia. This research uses a survey technique in collecting data. In general, students have good environmental awareness, as evidenced by most of their statements that they often and always carry out environmentally sustainable activities. However, several things need to be underlined because students still often do this, such as using excessive paper, throwing used batteries directly to the right place without being sorted first, and the habit of using plastic bags.

The 2015-2030 strategic vision highlights the decisive role of language proficiency in the internal and external performance of the School. It advocates a new linguistic architecture based on a plurilingualism and the alternation of languages. It also considers the mastery of several languages a main lever of the quality of education. In this sense, English will be introduced in the first year of middle high school and in the fourth year of primary school by 2025, and if French is partially a language of instruction in high school in the short term and in middle school in the medium term, English can also become so in high school in the medium term (Vision p.15). The procedures for implementing this plurilingual offer which will have to solve the problem of transition from one language of instruction to another between secondary and higher education and which will facilitate the professional integration of the target population, but it remains unclear. Our reflection questions the modalities of managing this plurilingual offer stipulated by the vision and offers elements of answers through a field survey conducted on high school students. Our contribution is therefore part of contextualized research that are currently proving their efficiency since they are built from and for the learning environment. Indeed, understanding our context and the expectations of its components is necessary in order to know how to manage efficiently this plurilingualism and correct any dysfunctions. First, we will shed light on the roles attributed to English in Moroccan official texts, then we will develop the context of our investigation and its results which seem to highlight certain dysfunctions in the current management.

In the current digital era, character education is considered very important for the younger generation. This is because technological advances can affect the way of thinking and acting of the nations golden generation. The application of character education can be integrated into learning in schools, for example in Indonesian history subjects. The purpose of this research is to produce a web-based Indonesian history learning media product that integrates character education. The development model used in this research is the ADDIE development model, with a qualitative descriptive approach. The ADDIE development model consists of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. At the evaluation stage, it produced a positive response and, in several aspects, suggestions were made for obtaining learning media. The results of product feasibility reviews by design experts and materials experts were 84.1% and 93.3%, respectively. A peer trial, which resulted in an 85.6% response, After that, the media products produced a good response with 79.3% for individual groups, 77.9% for small groups, and 86.6% for field trials. Therefore, it can be concluded that learning media products are feasible to be used as learning media for learning Indonesian history at the secondary school level.

This paper aims to analyze the characters of T.S Eliots Murder in the Cathedral in an endeavor to prove that Eliots characterization in the play is not to be tackled using conventional ways of analysis. Embracing these ways in the previous studies of the play resulted in a faulty assessment of characters as lacking psychological depth and dramatic tension. The paper argues that the method of character depiction employed in the play is meant to produce a ritualistic work celebrating Beckets martyrdom and glorifying the ideas it stands for. Since martyrdom is the central idea that the play revolves around, glorification of the individual is not expected, for what it requires is self-abnegation or self-erasure. Hence, the study proves that Thomas Becket did the right thing for the right cause after passing all the tests of faith similar to those described in morality plays and transcending the strong temptations he underwent. It is evident that Becket fell in love with martyrdom as an act of redemption, but his sacrificial death is far from being suicidal because he did not allow the powers of temptations to lead him astray.

The purpose of this article is to clarify Laos perceptions and strategies toward Chinas Belt and Road Initiative (BRI). Besides, Laos is the only landlocked country in the heart of the Greater Mekong region. Futhermore, the country still remains one of the poorest in Southeast Asia, and in one the worlds least developed countries. Therefore, the Lao government aims to transistion from a landlocked to a land-linked country. An improved highway network would move the country one step closer to achieving its landlinked strategy. Thus, Laos sees Chinas BRI as a significant tool to promote its landlinked strategy. Accordingly, the Lao governments welcoming attitude towards China’s BRI. As a result, China so far is the largest investor and aid donor on the country and has provided numberous development aid and invested in major infrastructure insighful views to better understand the current Chinas BRI strategy in Southeast Asia and regional countries response to this initiative.

Descriptive qualitative research was used as a method in this research. Interviews, observations, and document analysis were used to collect data. The purpose of the study was to analyze the need to develop a character assessment instrument for elementary school students. The subject of this research is the classroom teacher. Research data were collected through observation, interviews, and questionnaires/questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is triangulation. The results showed that the analysis of the need for wasaka character assessment instruments (religious, hard work) in learning in elementary schools found findings on the development of assessment instruments that were expected to make it easier for users to assess wasaka character (religious, hard work) in learning in elementary schools needed. This study provides an in-depth and intensive account about the experiences of woman victim of domestic violence in Samar. From the interview conducted, results revealed four themes: sexual abuse, physical abuse, emotional and psychological abuse, and economic abuse. The welfare of the children is always the mothers priority. Thus, despite the abuse experienced, women stay in the relationship in the hope that the relationship can be saved for the sake of the children.

This paper aims to understand and analyze the politics of gender identity construction in TV adverts; i.e. how different approaches are being used in order to portray and construct gender role, which eventually shape gender identity. Incorporating Stuart Hall’s representation theory, Simon de Beauvoirs Second Sex, and different CDA tools -- this paper evaluates and dissects different TV ads, telecasted in Bangladeshi main stream media, to foreground how these TV ads shape as well as construct gender identity, and questions the realistic representation of man and woman in the TV adverts. Besides, PC or PC clients showed more sure discernments towards online teaching than versatile clients. And Broadband/Wi-Fi clients have more sure insights than versatile organization clients. These discoveries would be a fundamental rule for governments, policymakers, innovation designers, and university experts for settling on better approach decisions later on.

Nahdlatul Ulama and Muhammadiyah have responded to the local reality of Gorontalo by new approaches of post-traditionalism and neo-modernism. The present article delves to explore the landscape of local Muslim community in Gorontalo within the discourse of Nahdlatul Ulama and Muhammadiyah; it also aims to investigate the model of post-traditionalist Nahdlatul Ulama and neo-modernist Muhammadiyah thoughts in understanding Islam and Gorontalo culture. The study employed a qualitative method that relies on primary and secondary data. Informants from the two Islamic organizations, Nahdlatul Ulama and Muhammadiyah, were involved within this study. Prior to the data analysis, the primary and secondary data were classified.The results of this study signified two points of concern: 1) the Muslim community in Gorontalo consists of Nahdlatul Ulama and Muhammadiyah affiliations. The two organizations have a harmonious relationship; both organizations understand and respect each other. Some of the jamaah (follower/member) of one organization even practice the religious traditions of the other organization. 2) Nahdlatul Ulama stands on the ground of traditional school of thoughts that are responsive to the modernization, while Muhammadiyah bases its foundation on the modern thoughts that accommodate local traditions. The results further emphasized that the difference of perspective between both organizations lies around the thoughts, while the deconstruction of religious missions remain the same between both organizations. Each organization tends to stand firm on their own ideology as what originally proposed when the organization was first established.

Leadership is a complex and challenging task requiring a thorough study in this area. The quality of leadership determines educational outcomes in schools. Quality leadership indicators understand the meaning of leadership based on Islamic religious, philosophy, psychology, and sociology perspectives. This study examines educational leadership based on Islamic religious, philosophy, psychology, and sociology perspectives. This study used a library research design by studying references from books and journals related to leadership. In the Islamic religious perspective, educational leadership is a mandate that must be carried out correctly and accounted for by humans and Allah. Leadership that does not work professionally and proportionately is a betrayal of Allah and the Prophet. According to a philosophical perspective, in making decisions, educational leaders must use the right way of thinking to avoid missed decisions that affect school education outcomes. Psychologically a persons leadership style affects the process he lives in everyday life because it is a fundamental human nature from birth to death, so factors from within himself heavily influence his leadership style. Based on a sociological perspective, educational leadership must be able to answer the social challenges of the academic community as the times change.

This study aims to see the activities of teachers, students, and the achievement of student learning outcomes on the Social Sciences material with the theme of Friends of Our Environment using a combination of Problem Solving, Somatic, Auditory, Visualization and Intellectually, and Course Review Horay models. This form of inquiry is Classroom Action Research. The results of this investigation showed that there was an increase in teacher activity, which initially only met the criteria of Goodat the 1st meeting to Very Good at the 5th meeting. Student activity has increased from 18% to 100% in the Very Active category. Student learning outcomes initially increased by 21% then increased to 100% in classical completeness. The conclusion of this study can be concluded that the combination of Problem Solving, Somatic, Auditory, Visualization and Intellectually, and Course Review Horray models can increase teacher activity, student learning outcomes and social content with the theme Our Friends Environment in class V SDN Melayu 2 Banjarmasin.

This paper is an attempt to investigate the sociolinguistic features of these slogans using Hymes SPEAKING model and to highlight how they reflect some aspects of the Hadrami identity. In the academic field, the linguistic analysis of slogans has been explored. However, and to the best of my knowledge, no previous study tackles the vehicle slogans using a sociolinguistic framework. This paper is limited to about thirty chosen slogans which were noticed written on the back glasses of different kinds of vehicles in the streets of Al-Mukalla, the capital city of the coastal part of Hadhramout governorate, Yemen. These slogans were collected by the author and some colleagues during the period from 2016-2018. Within Hymes model, the variables (S), (P), (E), and (I) were redundant, so they were excluded from the analysis. The other variables; (A)ct sequences, (K)eys, (N)orms, and (G)enres were the ones considered in the analysis. The analysed slogans show that the Hadramis are generally sarcastic considering their everyday life issues and attempt to express their opinions in an indirect way as a strategy of soothing their disappointments and managing to overcome them or al least reduce their negative influence on them.

Speaking skill plays an important role in studying a foreign language, especially English. However, learners make a lot of errors in English speaking. The study was conducted to examine the the common mistakes learners had in English speaking. Two instruments were employed to collect data. First, eighty-three participants in four classes - Master of Business Administration (MBA) course 8 and 9 - responded a questionnaire with 4 questions and 45 closed statements. Second, four observation periods were conducted to supply more information to make clear and prove the common mistakes that learners had during the process of speaking. This was a quantitative and qualitative research. It gave a clear and specific view about errors in English speaking faced by MBA learners at Tay Do University as pronunciation (intonation, ending sounds, consonant cluster, and word stress) and grammar (articles, tenses, passive voice, and order of words)

This study aims to describe the activities of teachers, and students and analyze student learning outcomes using a combination of PROSPECT (Problem Based Learning (PBL), Group Investigation (GI), Picture and Picture. This research is a type of classroom action research with a qualitative approach which was carried out in four meetings. The output of this research is an increase in teacher activity with very good criteria, an increase in student activity with very active criteria, and an increase in learning outcomes that exceed the established success indicators. It can be concluded that the activities of teachers, students and learning outcomes achieve the target indicators and the hypothesis can be accepted.

This paper aims to unveil the way teachers perceive the presence and efficiency of environmental education in Moroccan high school curricula. It mainly intends to investigate high school teachers perceptions of the curriculum integration of environmental education content related to awareness and knowledge. This study used a descriptive quantitative method and the research sample consisted of 132 teachers of 11 different school subjects working in 8 high schools in Agadir city and the suburbs. Data was collected through a questionnaire and was analyzed by descriptive statistics techniques. The results revealed that most teachers agree that the level of integration of content relating to environmental awareness and knowledge in the curricula is moderately low and insufficient to meet the learners needs. Finally, this study suggests that an organized construct of environmental awareness and knowledge elements should be gradually and systematically introduced throughout the school levels and courses by improving future curricula.

Purpose – This paper aims to investigate advertising effectiveness in various social media platforms. The present study uses a proposed framework to explore online advertising in Egypt. From a theoretical point of view, this study examines the relationship among three groups of factors including ad characteristics (perceived ad informativeness/ perceived ad entertainment, vividness, interactivity), online customer engagement and social media ad effectiveness among Egyptian consumers. Design/methodology – The study examines advertising effectiveness in social media in terms of ad attitude and loyalty intentions. An online survey was conducted with 1300 social media users. Findings – The results indicate that theres a significant positive impact of perceived ad informativeness on ad effectiveness whilst perceived ad entertainment, vividness and interactivity impact on ad effectiveness is insignificant. furthermore, it is observed that perceived ad informativeness and perceived ad entertainment have a positive significant impact on online customer engagement as perceived by Egyptians. Moreover, online customer engagement is found to have a significant positive effect on ad effectiveness. furthermore, online customer engagement is found to mediate the relationship between ad characteristics and social media ad effectiveness.

Translation plays a vital role in transferring messages across languages. However, it is not easy for students to master. In the process of translation, students could encounter common errors. When translating a sentence, it is a far more problematic one for English majored students regardless of their learning years. For this reason, the research was carried out to point out potential traps that English majored juniors could get when translating a sentence from Vietnamese into English. The participants were 100 juniors from Bachelor of English course 13 (2018 – 2022) at Tay Do University. Questionnaires and interview were delivered to collect data and get more information. The collected data from the instruments mentioned above were all analyzed afterwards. The findings revealed that juniors could meet errors in vocabulary, grammatical structure and culture items.

The study aimed to find out the effectiveness of the existing Bachelor of Arts Major in English of the Higher Education Institutions in terms of the vision, mission, goals and objectives, personnel, facilities, training plan, support services to the students, and records and academic standards vis-à-vis the standards set by the Ministry of Education and Training (MOET) in the Mekong Delta, in Vietnam. Then the recommendations posited based on the results will be used as inputs for the planning and development to comply with the standards. To get the effective and reliable results, quantitative and qualitative methods were used. The instrument was the questionnaires. The evaluation was based on the criteria of extent of compliance with the MOET standards. The study covered a total of four hundred thirty-two (432) respondents which composed of rectors, deans, teachers of English, and students from the three institutions: DongThap University, TayDo University and TraVinh University. The results of the study showed that the institutions were of great extent, however, the descriptive rating of great extent boarders the next lower rating of moderate extent by a point compared with the standards of Vietnamese MOET.

The role of the Indonesian Navy is as the main component of naval defense to carry out its duties based on political policies in upholding state sovereignty, defending NKRI territory, and carrying out Military Operations for War and Military Operations Other than War. In performing the main task, the elements used such as warships is often faced an obstacles related to the maintenance of their engines when experiencing problems or damage, which greatly affects the operational tasks they carry. The purpose of this study is (1) to identify factors that are the reason for the need to develop maintenance KRI machine workshop Fasharkan Lantamal V Surabaya; (2) to determine the priority weighting and development strategy plan of Maintenance KRI implemented by Fasharkan Lantamal V Surabaya to support the readiness of marine operations. The methodology used in this study is the mixed method. The data displayed is in tabulations or tables using qualitative descriptive analysis. Quantitative data is analyzed using Delphi-AHP. The results showed that the development strategy of Maintenance navy warships in supporting marine operations in the Fasharkan engine workshop Surabaya, carried out several stages, namely starting from the stage of identifying the reasons for the development strategy using Delphi Analysis. It conclude that several development criteria were obtained and subsequently weighting the order of criteria with AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process). The top priority in this development strategy is the scope of technology which includes cooperation with related parties in the development of Maintenance KRI by the machine workshop in Fasharkan Lantamal V Surabaya so that the strategy should be carried out by collaborating with related universities by conducting direct courses at Fasharkan Lantamal V Surabaya both theory and practice.

Undoubtedly, tourism is growing strongly worldwide, especially in developing countries and rural areas. Tourism has both positive and negative impacts on tourist destinations that link sustainable developments economic, social, and environmental components. The local communitys attitude is crucial for future tourism planning, management, and development of a tourism destination. As such, the paper analyzes the attitudes and perceptions of the residents towards tourism development in the rural areas in Hoi A city, Quang Nam province. Questionnaires related to the local demographics, peoples assessment of tourism impacts, and their support for future tourism development were sent to 179 households participating in tourism sectors in four rural areas of Hoi A city. Descriptive statistics and principal component analysis were used to analyze the collected data. The results indicate that tourism brings many benefits in all aspects. Culture – society, environment, and education promote residents support for tourism development.

The thesis examiners report is an evaluation of a thesis, which includes dialogic and evaluative elements. The purpose of the study was to investigate the roles that examiners adopt for themselves and the language use in examiners reports on MPhil theses submitted to the School of Graduate Studies, University of Cape Coast. The study purposively selected 100 theses examiners reports from four disciplines. The study revealed that examiners adopted eight different roles in the reports. Another key finding of the study was that evaluator role was most frequent, and the least frequently occurring role was Institutional role. Again, examiners employed imperatives, personal pronouns, and adjectives in their adopted roles. The findings of the study serve to create an awareness for explicit guidelines for both fresh and experienced examiners in the task of postgraduate thesis examination.

Exam anxiety causes poor academic performance and psychological problems for students. Those who have test anxiety; When they will take the exam, they encounter undesirable situations due to tension, anxiety and overstimulation of the central nervous system. Repetitive and self-critical thoughts that cause anxiety, physiological arousal, and marked emotional problems are associated with test anxiety. Negative experiences related to the exam before can also cause exam anxiety. It is known that various psychotherapy methods are useful for the treatment of test anxiety. There are few publications reporting that the Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) method has been tried in the treatment of test anxiety. In this study, brief information about the Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) method is given, and a 17-year-old case with intense test anxiety and a decrease in anxiety level as a result of the EMDR study is presented. In the counselee, who had intense anxiety and fear about the university exam, it was evaluated that this anxiety was related to the experience he had in the high school exam, and after the EMDR treatment, the counselee settled in a 4-year department of a well-established state university in Istanbul, which he targeted after the university selection and placement exam. Based on the case presented in this study, it can be said that Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) method can be used as an effective treatment technique in exam anxiety caused by trauma.

This study aims to Analysis of the effect of Entrepreneurship Education, Family Environment, and Entrepreneurship Commitment on Entrepreneurial Intentions in the context of student at Jambi-Indonesia University. This study adopted inferential research design. This is a cross-sectional study because data is collected at one time point. This empirical study was conducted on a sample of Accounting Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Jambi Indonesia who were willing to collaborate to participate voluntarily by filling in the on-line questionnaire. These student participants were chosen because they have been heavily involved in entrepreneurial activities. In this study, 369 students were willing and returned a complete questionnaire. Entrepreneurship Education has a positive and significant influence on Entrepreneurship Commitment and Entrepreneurial Intentions, Family Environment has a positive and significant influence on Entrepreneurship Commitment and Entrepreneurial Intentions. Entrepreneurship Commitment have a positive and significant effect on Entrepreneurial Intentions.This research is focused on analyzing the influence of Entrepreneurship Education and Family Environment to predict Entrepreneurial Intentions, but does not pay attention to entrepreneurial behavior, especially how they start a new business. Thus, further research is expected to explain the subject of entrepreneurial behavior.The results of this study provide a conceptual framework for evaluating comprehensively for Entrepreneurship Education providers especially in establishing learning outcomes, study materials, learning methods, learning environments, and forming networks with corporate communities in providing authentic experiences to students.This study attempts to use a combination of two factors, namely external and internal factors to explain entrepreneurial intention.

Women have been struggling for their rights for centuries in the male-dominated societies. When females are involved in economic and social aspects of their lives, it helps improve their families, communities and countries’ health, welfare, prosperity and security. Kurdistan, as a part of Iraq, is one of the State Party to CEDAW and is under an obligation to take the measures required by the convention to eliminate discrimination against women and ensure the equal enjoyment of human rights by women. There are different agents and factors that can contribute to the enforcement of human rights, however, state power plays the foundational and major role in establishing and enforcing the legal rights of women. The study will identify the extent to which national legislation correspond to CEDAW conventions. Our instrument of analysis would be Article 11 which is focused on womens employment. Our findings include that no substantial legal discriminations disadvantaging women exist.

The present study aims to comprehend what enables Madrasahs at MTSN in Jambi City to be effective by developing a substantive theory of school effectiveness that can be applied to schools that have not been effective in managing education under the same conditions to achieve effectiveness. The Sequential Exploratory Design of mixed method is applied in this study. The methodology begins with the first phase namely collection and analysis of qualitative data. Thus it followed by the second phase namely collection and analysis of quantitative data which construct based on the interview result selected through purposive sampling. The participants of qualitative method consist of teachers, school principals, and committees. Meanwhile for the qualitative method the participants consisted of ± 266 teachers. The result elaborated the Madrasah organizational effectiveness model for improving school quality was the most important, namely collaboration and communication, vision and goals as well as conformity with standards were the main or determining factors in realizing madrasa effectiveness in the context of Jambi City. Implications of findings are implies for the stakeholder of Madrasah. Recommendations were made to increase efforts to make public Madrasah in Jambi City more effective.

But the language in movies and TV shows has its distinctive features: the language in movies and TV shows is sound and fleeting, so the translation of movie subtitles must be appropriate and easy to understand. Skopos theory holds that the audience is the most important factor in determining the translation purpose. Therefore, the translation criterion under skopos theory has changed from equivalence to appropriateness, which enables translators to have greater autonomy in determining subtitle translation strategies on the premise of respecting the original text, thus not only achieving the communicative purpose of the target text, but also enabling the audience to understand the original film and television works. Firstly, the paper analyses the skopos theory and current translation studies of A Bite of China through literature review. Then based on the subtitle translation of episode 5 of A Bite of China, it discusses the methods and strategies that can be used in subtitle translation from the perspective of skopos theory with the hope of finding out the appropriate translation strategies and methods as well as enriching researches on the English version of A Bite of China. For example, addition, deletion, etc., which can can not only preserve and promote Chinese cultural characteristics but also meet the target audiences reading habits and thinking modes without losing the communicative intention.

The article will clarify the legal barriers to land use planning of tourism real estate projects and offer some solutions to complete and improve the efficiency of law enforcement on that.

Time is advancing, but history is something that cannot be separated from humans. Education in Indonesia has been going on for a long time. Achieving maximum educational outcomes requires the development of the previous education system. This article aims to determine how relevant Islamic educational institutions history, past education curriculum, and past learning methods are in the current era of disruption. The method used is a qualitative method using library research. The findings that past Islamic educational institutions functioned as places to study are still relevant today. Without reducing the content of the past curriculum, which contained character education based on religion, the current curriculum is to develop the knowledge content of the capacity of students who gain knowledge and share experiences. In this era of disruption, curriculum challenges improve students creative, critical, analytical, and innovative thinking abilities. The learning methods developed by past Islamic thinkers are still relevant to use. However, it must be packaged in the form of new learning methods following advances in learning technology.

Indonesia as a democratic country guarantees the freedom for its citizens to express opinions. This is as stated in Article 28 E of the 1945 Constitution which states that everyone has the right to freedom of association, assembly and expression. The order of laws and regulations in force in Indonesia must be in line with the mandate of the constitution. However, since the enactment of Law Number 11 of 2008 as amended by Law Number 19 of 2016 concerning Electronic Information and Transactions (hereinafter referred to as ITE Law), the public feels that there are restrictions in expressing opinions. The use of social media is increasing. Opinions and criticisms are also widely conveyed through social media. Many criticisms / opinions are then categorized as hate speech, even insults. These elements are elements of offenses in the ITE Law which result in the perpetrators being subject to criminal sanctions. This study will examine the criminalization of the act of submitting criticism to the government based on the ITE Law and the protection of the right to freedom of expression in a democratic country. This research uses normative juridical research methods, namely research on principles, legal principles and the rule of law. The data used, obtained through literature study. The ITE Law is a law that aims to create conduciveness for public interaction in the cyber space, so it should not reach out / criminalize all forms of electronic information that are critical of the government. It is still necessary to limit the submission of criticism through the internet media, where the criticism must not contain insults and hate speech. In order to create an ideal democratic atmosphere, it is necessary to protect and limit rights in a balanced way.
